When that day came again

I was holding my pen to draw the rain

I was hiding behind the meadows

To not see those great tears

I would dagger the knife in my heart

And move toward the skies barefoot

I won’t say that I regret that one day

But I will try my best

To keep your smile as my lense

To see you everyday and night

I can’t stay away

Please trust me love

I can’t paint the sky

When you are not beside

I love you

Great poem.
I loved it, but I can't help but feel as if it's a bit confused. As in, the verses are. Don't know if that even makes sense.
Favourite line:
