Crying Is My Only Word

Do  you believe that last night I was crying

Yeah ,crying over you ..I am still…

While you were talking to here .. flirting

I was there in my bed.. cold and lonely dying…

 

My soul was calling for the death angel

To come and take me back home .

Take me to a place where I can protect you

And I can look after you with an eye that will never sleep.

 

Would you please, look backward to yesterday

When we were running at the beach together

Hand in hand like we were the title of forever

I can’t stop thinking, dreaming about yesterday .

 

I really weep and cry ,more than anything else

And cry end up being the only word that is easy to type.

You said you don’t want us to say goodbye

But haven’t you noticed that you are gone..

 

Come back please, just for once and revive me

Refresh my soul and give me the kiss of life

Let me live between your arms just for the whole life time

And I promise ,I promise, I will keep you my one in this whole world

I love this poem, i love the whole thought and the emotions..i can feel what you are trying to convey...I can't comment on it's structural part because all i think and feel is the love and sadness when loving someone..when you know it's true love...the visual concept is a good one because it has made me imagine a scene in the line..specifically the beach part...and i like also how you justify the poem by expressing both the yin and the yang...the happy and sad part of loving someone truly...excellent job!

Ahh, those sorrowful, teary moments. I'm glad I'm past those. I can really see my old self in you, Suhad. Your poems make me go back to my the hell days and reconnect myself with the pain of the past.

When you are young, emotions seem to get magnified, especially the sad ones. Most young people suffer from unrequited love which brings great distress. Getting older life seems to level out things a bit more and we can look back with fondness at young love, even at the terrible feelings.
