It All Faded

No more promises

No more laughs all night

No more dates and no more sweet words

No more hugging and no more kissing

No more love you and no more I miss you

No more “together forever “ and no more “ we can make it till the end”

No more jealousy and no more” you are not free”

No more baby and no more sweety

No more “US” and no more anything else…

 

It all faded away…and I guess its done…

You were lovely but I was just for fun..

I admit that I love you and I will always do

But I also admit that my life won’t stop because of you

Those words cant rhyme but a message they can send..

To you and for that love that we promised it will never bend..

Here we are no, fading away with the west wind,

That’s because one of us was weaker than keeping a promise ,…

This is a poem that impresses with honesty and a clear voice. I believe every line. What I really like are the last lines with the West Wind, and one of us was weaker than keeping a promise is a really great line, original and written with a lot of care and thought.
