You..I..Over

Could it be worse than this ?

You turn your back and pretend to forget 

Don't you think that there is someting you  miss

Like a glance or anything you might rgret ..

How cold it be so easy on you

I sit here in the corner of my room

Crying, ding and fighting my pride 

that calls your name, all day and night ...

should I ask for a litle date 

That might make us one again ,,

Or should I hold my pride high

And just sit still in that crner and fight ...

We will never be as we were once

That hot water beween us have frozed 

And my feeling toward you have died

And been ripped with the sea of tears that flew.

BUT NOW ITS ALL OVER

I like the questioning at the beginning. It sets the tone for the entire piece. I like that the protagonist realizes that the relationship will never be as it once was.. these lines were my favorite:

And my feeling toward you have died

I can almost taste the sorrow in the poem, and I do imagine sorrow tastes quite salty. This is penned well. Very poignant work, I enjoyed reading this.
