Lovely poem! :) There are one or two grammar mistakes. If you want me to point them out just ask, I'm not including them in this review because I know some people really don't appreciate it. Well written :) x

I think "It's been along time/ Since you are gone" should be "Since you've been gone" or something along those lines...
There is some missing punctuation.
"If one day I left this world" should be "if one day I leave this world".
To be even more picky, ellipses should have three dots and the second 'why?' in "Why? why?" should be capitalised. Also, I don't know if this is just me but I'm not so sure about the line "I will keep my word in your head". Again, maybe that's just me.
Sorry, this was sort of picky... If it was anything major I would have left it in the original review, but when I spot minor details like these I'm uncertain whether or not to point them out because I don't want to irritate people.
