You didn't ask for an interpretation, but I can't help it, because this is just the kind of poem that just screams for it.

I think this is about a person who's about to commit suicide for some reason, and her (let's say it's a her) mind's 99% made up, but perhaps she has someone she really cares about who needs her, and she can't quite bare to leave that person behind, hence the last line.
