the flame of his life

the flame of his life

A Poem by Hermione

the glee is listless
as it pours between
the nooses you make
to fritter away time I find
myself into you to see
farther and what
do they ask if
its too much too bear
and crossing into fear
pout toward the creek
of scrape
scrape
scrape
down
down
down
out of the bowels
no love will come
forth for all truth
to heed its release
it stands beside us
quite beside us
the temperature leads
onto an ache that
you can't teach.
nothingness leads
into hand over hand.
those boys toss
and thin into whats left
of this stage and its a talent
that ages them and plays with them
minds bring back to me
the flame of his life.
