swim

A Poem by Hermione

It's two in the morning here, shark
Who can kiss you
whilst you're sleeping
and who loves you
when you're unconcious
It's a toss up between
the distance and the want
I don't need anything
See what you do to me?
I'm full of flowers
and I turn to wall to smile.
Who wrote the riff to soundtrack us into romance?
I'm armageddon, you're the sunshine.
I'll write forever, just be my paper.
I dance dance dance
and twist out,twist out
forward to the north,
like it ain't no thing.
I know where this heart
and these hands really walk to.
I work like a lasso, play like powerlines
Don't write back, that's just how you get involved.
So the boys like to play,
well I'm not made of wood
I've got the backyard all set up
but this time
I'm the dealer.
Now lets cramp up those hands
so I can tell you how I really feel
Yes, yeah, I know
what is set in stone
seems like it's set in sand
Don't you think on it
I've got you, I've got you.
When the hands hit the hips
it's not like magic
Believe it or not,
this isn't my favorite chemical.
So you make those promises,
like it ain't no thing
And I'll fall in love, because it's everything.
