beating ourselves up for choices we make that others might not approve of - yes I do that all the time - smiles....on another note I read your words in your other piece that you felt you needed to get off your chest - I can't imagine how hard it must be... I work in an office (with the EMS department here) so I agree - shouts out to nurses, doctors, paramedics and first responders. Just wanted to let you know it touched me
