Though at first they seem not,

They arrive on boats carrying

more and more each time.

Just as they never end

Diseases never stop

Ravaging our families.

They have voluptuary desire

to destroy us

Once we are nugatory to them.

They excoriate our humble livings.

Trick us with false hope.

Trust not the smile full of perfidy.

They seek to destroy us.
