Constancy

Constancy

A Poem by suchitra sarmah

If i could hold a pen in my hand
I would show you the boredom of constancy
And let the non existent pain to burst out
If i were alone i could cry some more
But the beautiful walls are around me
Making me laugh protecting all the way
If i were handicapped or heartbroken
I could give you the accuracy about the reason of my grief
But these are the things for which i was not born
I can clearly see the question mark in your face
But mine is an apathy for happiness showing its face
the souls deepest desire is to mix up in eternity now

you used 'these are' means plural but your 'thing' is singular. not a major edition just a typo thin.. read more
I like the hidden feelings about this poem. Only thing is you need to edit this line;

"But these are the thing for whch i was not born"

Aside from that this poem is beautifully short :)
