Traveller

Traveller

A Poem by Subversive Reality

Setting off, from his dwelling
A homely hovel of simple comfort
Not to know where or why he was going
The road he chose threw from his close
In salient slope, profoundly beckoned
Downwards back to where he knew
The destination, just beginning

Leaving home for destinations unknown can be an adventure if you see it in that vein. I have always enjoyed traveling. However, it's always good to come home again too. I liked this one. Lydi**
