Schizophrenic Ramblings

Schizophrenic Ramblings

A Poem by styxfan
"

I don't really know what this is about, just happened. If anyone cares to figure it out, be my guest

"
Cut out a paper heart and fold it up
Rip it apart in a fit of self loathing
Thinking about it, it's never enough
You're just a sheep in w***e's clothing

dresses strewn all over the floor
lets forget about life for twenty minutes
thirty seconds later, its over before it started
sitting silently afterwards you say to yourself "nevermore"

are you satisfied? he's gone, never coming back
one can only wait so long before the bus leaves anyway
take the next one, after its made a few stops
I'll sort my head out first, then wait for the call

I've held on for this long, carpal tunnel setting in
Been running on fumes myself for 24 years
honestly, no matter how many miles you've traveled
I don't care about where you've been

Well dear poet, sometimes our ramblings can lead to buried truths. To write out frustrations can be therapuetic. This piece may bring relief as you can express and release.
Self loathing can consume your soul and you arr worthy of love, even or rather especially the love of yourself. We are all individuals, sacred creations who have been blessed and cursed by explosively layered emotions. You must find the core of your emotion. The original emotion that begets another, and another. All the confusioj of a well painted soul can bring about such confusion. Great expressive release. Keep writing!

About
I write as an outlet for everything I've gone through over the years. I've found it to be the only thing that helps me let go. With that being said, much of what you see that I write won't be about .. more..
