ColorblindA Poem by styxfanI spy something orange, written in magic marker You tell me you can't see it, so I write a little darker Somethings wrong, not sure why, it can't be from old age Just three short words, not that hard, maybe I'll rephrase Leaving hints around the house on little slips of paper Red and orange, maybe yellow, blue and purple later I'm not leaving from this place, til you can read it plain as day Sometime soon I'll find a way, so you can see what I need to say How 'bout this, I'll assist, just sit back and read my lips I'll start you off 'til you decipher, make the message a little brighter I try to help you read it, sounding out the syllables No matter what I do, it's still f*****g invisible I took my time, played teacher for the day That leaves me with just one last way Those three little words, and I swear they're true They start with "I", and end with "Love You"

I've found it to be the only thing that helps me let go. With that being said, much of what you see that I write won't be about .. more..Writing
