Fear Forever

A personal poem I wrote when I realized what I fear most.

I fear forever

an everlasting promise,

because who am I

if I cannot

keep it?

I fear forever

the colliding of sides,

because who am I

if I cannot 

stop them?

I fear forever

an internal conflict,

because who am I 

if I cannot 

do either?
