I wake up in the morning lost and confused,

looking around everywhere for you.

You left a note that said I'm so sorry babe,

but this isn't working out the right way.

I stared at it again unsure of what to say

will he ever come back another day.?

 

I don't understand what I did wrong,

or could it be that I did nothing at all?

I picked up the phone and called him again,

It went straight to voicemail is this the end?

 

Finally days later he calls me back,

Hey babe I'm so sorry about that.

I angrily screamed at the phone

why did you leave me here all alone?

There was a long silence, he didnt respond

Then he said Baby I'm so sorry whats wrong?

 

I hung up the phone and cried many tears,

This has always been one of my fears.

I couldn't believe what he did to me,

I guess he thought I wouldnt catch him cheat.
