Gabriel’s Gift

I give to you the gift of freedom

that you may roam this Earth

unmolested by Satan’s tricks

to celebrate the blossoming of the life

our maker breathed into your creative soul.

And I will stand fast with my fellow Angels,

your protectors,

to guard these shining gates

with all the strength I have

and strike down with my mighty sword

any who would defile

the shining chalice of hope.
