The Dangers of Perfection

The Dangers of Perfection

A Poem by StormeLight

How much do we lose?

In the pursuit of perfection?

What does our relationship

with the circle of life

Look like?

Utopia

Utopia

We want Utopia

Utopia

Utopia

We want Utopia

A raven

A messenger

Darkness disguised as light

How much will we lose?

In this fight

In this fight

To eliminate 'wrong'

In the New World Order of 'right'

Have you ever lived a life so dull,

That you created you own suffering?

Just to learn something new?

Have you ever been bored,

And stopped to ask yourself, why?
