Chaos

I got caught up in the chaos

Only knowing me in adversity

So I became my own endless supply

Hiding myself from the lies

Yet always asking why

Now I know why

But I can't stop craving chaos

Now I must finding myself in peace as well

When I don't have a story

I don't have a story to tell

Are you in or are you out?

Who would have thought

That destroying yourself and your life

Could have been your attempt at self-love

Such a twisted fate you don't believe in

You painted a picture

So you could hold on

You told yourself a story

So you'd have someone to believe in

You appear in chaos

But now you're surrounded by love

A love so strong it comes from inside

But you don't know yourself anymore

Identity crisis coming at you with no mercy

Crying out for you to know yourself

Yet a never ending urge appears

To create the chaos

So you can know yourself again
