Where The Vampires LiveA Poem by KARENFor the creative poetry group
She glares in the mirror Reflections of gorey blood, Horrid screams peer back Long black finger nails trail across the glass Fake fangs are placed into her mouth Soon she'll be a real vampire
Black cape flaps in the breeze Full moon shines in the darkness Music blares from her ipod Not country Not rock-n-roll But scary tunes she dances to
Wolfs howl in the distance Bats dive down, red eyes searching Her heart pounds with anticipation Shadows creep behind her Horrified whispers flow
Scent of death nears She knows she is near the place Where vampires roam Her neck awaits for the sharp bite
Red scarlet blood drips from mouths Eyes glow like the moon Ghostly shadows behind her scream violently
A male vampire walks up Warm hands take her willing body Moans of pleasure escapes her as fangs Sink into her waiting neck Transformation happens instantly
Strength serges through her body Teeth are now pointed fangs Hungar for another's blood grows Eyes scan the darkness Her prey stands close by Mouth clamps down
"Cut!"
"How did I do?"
"Your teeth fell out Take two, And action!"
