Words I Couldn't Say

Words I Couldn't Say

A Poem by KAREN

Arms hold me tight

Eyes questioning my thoughts

Lips brushing softly against mine

Hesitation is in my breathes

You wait

Hoping to hear

Words I couldn't say

Because you swear our love is real

Nothing can rip us apart

We're ment to live happily ever after

From now until....

You talk about the future

Marriage

Kids

The works

I could do what my hearts says

Just walk away

Oh no, I don't think I will

Your promising devotion keeps me here

Something is telling me

To say

Those words I couldn't say

Because I know we are real

I see it in your

Eyes

Smile

I feel it in your

Touch

Hear it in your

Voice

Everyday you wait for me

To says those words I couldn't say

Today I think I will

Hand in hand

Our bodies close

Kissing each other

You wait still

I look into knowing eyes

Courage is in my breathes

Here it goes

I love you

These used to be words

I couldn't say

This poem speaks to me about sharing everything in your possession.
To be able to do so is trust you cant put a price on.
