Here There and Everywhere

Here There and Everywhere

A Poem by KAREN

"

Flowers bloom here

There and everywhere

Vivid colors to the eyes

Subservient in their living

Noses sniff their fragrance

Smiles fade when they whither away

Wind blows here

There and Everywhere

Resonances of the leaves

Flutter in the fresh air

We can't see the wind

But its touch let us

Know it's presence

Moon shines here

There and Everywhere

Its light gives off an

Eclipse that cause

People to stop and stare

Round bright bold

And full of lover's memories

Oceans roar here

There and everywhere

Waves call our names to tip-toe

Through the sand into a fantasy underland

Colors dance across the waves

From the setting of the bright fiery sun

Impression of fun and laughter

Leaves us feeling free and relaxed

People live here

There and everywhere

Voracious to change the world

And obscure to their own voices

The world is here

There and everywhere

Ravishing in its own glory

If we live as one together

And not decimate one another

Such a beautiful and colorful poem about nature and its seasons and how they touch us each and every day. The blossoms bloom in Spring, the leaves fall to earth in the Autumn, the summer sun blazes upon the sea, and the best is always the first snow. Great, great poem!

The descriptions of some of natures finest beauties are wonderful. I like how you start with flowers and move on from there. I love the stanza about the ocean.

beautiful visuals are given here of things we can feel but not see. very smartly put, and very uniquely written, the font itself is unique for this idea, it is bold, and the idea is soft, calm. the last stanza is my favorite without question, it pulls all of the poem into itself, and lets the reader know exactly how it made you feel. nice work, thank you for sharing with us.

A beautiful poem. I like the way you described your desire in the words.
"Oceans roar here
There and everywhere
Waves call our names to tip-toe
Through the sand into a fantasy underland"
I like the ending to this outstanding poem.
