Satisfied

I wish I had you by my side

 tasting sweet warmth from your lips

Your touch trailing down my spine

Feeling oh so satisfied

 

To see your gentle smile

 Eyes of deep blue sea

 How they shimmer in the light

 Feeling oh so satisfied

 

I hear your voice calling

see you everywhere

You are in my heart

 In my head

I just can't stop

 

I wish I had you by my side

 Laying together on soft silk sheets

Entwined and so complete

 Feeling oh so satisfied

 

Your heart beating next to me

 Hearing whispers of love

Laughter that never ends

Feeling oh so satisfied

So I would not be empty and alone

But you left me long ago

Found someone new

 Now I am forever unsatisfied
