Time After Time

Time After Time

A Poem by KAREN
"

Where is time going?

"

Yesterdays time is past,

but todays present time

sweeps us by

 until we're in the

furture of tomorrow's time.

When death ends our life,

time is put to rest.

I like to think that our death means time is frozen and we are stuck in a never ending now that doesn't allow us to move. Good write.

Time never stops..but alas we do..Great way of putting that thought in a philosophical web of sorts..Good job!!!

I do like it very much. :) I like how you followed time through past present and future.
This is only my opinion so take it lightly :) but I think it would read outloud better if the line breaks were a little different.
sweeps us by (on a line on its own)
Just a thought. :) The concept is excellent and well worded :) Thank you for sharing. ( I like the line "future of tomorrow's time.", nice turn of phrase there. :)
