Hand in hand,

holding on to one another,

consumed with lust and desire.

Our passion is awakened by the love we have for each other.

 

Lip to lip,

kissing one another,

unable to keep our feelings at bay.

We continually grow together.

 

Eye to eye,

we stare at one another,

not needing words to express our love.

Our relationship is enchanting, magical.

 

Ear to ear,

listening to one another,

boasting about the love we have.

Never turning a deaf ear.

 

Heart to heart,

locked together forever.

We threw away the key.

Our blood pumps as one blood flow,

our hearts beats as one.

 

Hand in hand

Lip to lip

Eye to eye

Never to be separated,

together forever.

This is better than most writings I see on wedding and anniversary cards. You have a way with romantic words, I love reading this type of writing but havent dabbled with writing it myself. Great little write, thank you for sharing somthing so sweet and personal :)

I love the composition of this.. the hand in hand, lip to lip, eye to eye.. Somehow along the road, in time, we loose sight of the things that matter most in our life. When love was brand new, and we held hands, we watched each other move gracefully in love, and listened when the other spoke. Loved the flow, and the message. It is a good solid poem!
