Anger and more anger!!!!

Anger, face heated!

Filled with fury, out raged!

Go to bed.

Wake up to a new day,

only to start over!

The title says a lot with this one. Moving forward and letting what
we have reacted to or whatever has been 'to much for us.' this is
always the best thing. As the saying goes...."Let is go."

Sometime better to go away from people and find calm when anger and rage takes over. A night rest sometime allow the anger to weaken. You told a complete story in so few words. That take good writing skills.
