I'm a " no point crying over spilled milk" kinda guy so have always very quickly moved on from broken relationships, will be celebrating 29 years wed in October...I'm a very lucky man.

I do like it. Your words reflect regret and desires that are lost without the hope of coming to fruition. The touch of a lover lingers like stars in the sky. You can see them, but they're too far away to be reached any longer.
From the title on, this poem is full of many reflections. Stream of thoughts meander and focus on this and that. I see you write about relationships gone North to South. Marvelous.
