Drill Sergeant Chill?

Drill Sergeant Chill?

A Poem by Eli Blayze
"

Just a little pre-basic training jitters :3

"

You're in my face,

Yelling at me, screaming

That I am a disgrace.

I can't see what I've done wrong

Can't you see, I'm not used to this.

I'm only seventeen,

Young and scared.

Practically trembling with your face

So close to mine.

I hit the ground,

Knocking of twenty.

My arms are numb,

I shake with pain

Panic.

I won't be able to make it.

I stay strong,

Trying to prove a point.

Trying to show you I can.

This is where I belong.
