From Whence They Came

From Whence They Came

A Poem by ALiteRead

From whence they came
To where they go
The questions for the day.

Some proclaim
That they may know
But know not what they say.

For when one knows
His knowledge shows
His chest will swell with pride.

For all will know
The truth he shows
They see he has not lied.

His fame will spread
Both near and far
Children will speak his name.

For then they'll know
To where they go
And know from whence they came.
