You're Not a Dream

You're Not a Dream

A Poem by S. R. Morris

It was a dream.
I was alone.
No one around.
Nothing to touch.
Nothing to feel.
I was alone.

Then I awoke.
Alone no more.
You are asleep,
But you are here
To touch and feel.
You're not a dream.
