I am an empty shell

I am an empty shell

A Poem by stephen ferrett
"

I was walking on the beach thinking of how huge the problem of mental health is in the world. Worryingly t is not understood and is still a taboo subject

"

I am an empty shell

I am an empty shell

Hold me to your ear

Can you hear the soothing sound of waves lapping on a deserted, tropical beach?

NO!!

All that you can hear is a cry for help, as my soul plummets, screaming towards

the black abyss

Say a prayer for this one, and all the empty shells in the world
