Grindhouse Cinema with the Lights On

Grindhouse Cinema with the Lights On

A Poem by Stephanie W.

              Apples don't fall far.
Unless they're in, you know, orbit.
                   I didn't consider that.
But that's why I'm on the payroll...
"Time is a monster that lives in our clocks."
I used to sing that to my wife.
I was discouraged by the reviews.

               evil will always win
                     and evil is hot.
I saw what you did there.
I feel disturbingly existential
does sleep exist?
no... watching film noir

You're thinking eastern Kansas, the rolling flint hills
I think I need a glass of wine
I would use it to get back the time I lost
      And so you should.
                Keep those questions coming.
                           is it really blue?

    I own a racist horse
In an elevator at 4 AM.
That's what I've been saying every day for years.
Aging is a result of our DNA breaking down
                        get them a storage unit
               Let them suck your tits
                                  a .22 rifle works wonders.

          you made me love you...
              Motion sensor-controlled machine guns
         That is just wrong.
                                  Obama wobbling on birth control
             Bad mental image.

$100 million?
                This is America..
                         Panter up early...
Pepper spraying is the new black.
                           Black is the new 30.
                    40 is the new Japanese.
