My Heart

I think I wrote this right before Valentine's Day.

 

he had                                eyes that

sparkled when             he was about

to laugh and when he began

playing one of his jokes

and even when he was

angry I could see

why I fell in

love with

him

I'm not particularly fond of this, just experimenting with the format. (I always did love shape poems.)
