Dementia

Dementia

A Poem by Stephanie M
"

This poem is about the sad truths we face as we age.

"

I don't remember familiar places

I used to go

I don't remember people I used to

know

I guess it's all part of getting old

I may not always be pleasant

I may forget to buy you presents

It's this circle of life I resent
