John Grimm (In Plain Sight)A Story by Stephanie MThere is a ticking time bomb in every crowd.John was a man who was obsessed with the military. He had a collection of all kinds of guns, that he would shoot behind his trailer. He had a violent temper, and he would cuss loudly at his video games. One day, he decided that he would travel across town, to visit his best friend, Bill for a month. Bill lived in a small ranch house, along the countryside, with his fiancée, Amanda. John didn't like Amanda, because he thought that she was an emotional basketcase. she was constantly angry, and she was too strong willed. John arrived late that night, and him and Bill stayed up, and played video games. A couple days later, Bill, and John decided to go under the bridge, to shoot the bums with B.B. guns, and set fire to their belongings. A week later, John and Bill, went to the site of the old, abandoned mall, where several people were murdered, to begin a paranormal investigation. The following week, it stormed almost every night, and Bill, John, and Amanda, sat outside to watch the storms. They watched the lightening streak across the sky. By this point, Amanda was tired of John sleeping in her room. She had very little privacy, and it was difficult to get things out of her room; without waking him up. (They had their own rooms, to make the relationship work) At the end of the month, John decided that he wanted to stay another six weeks, because he was having so much fun. Amanda snapped, and started packing, her belongings, "I'm moving back in with my parents, in the morning!" "This won't happen again!" John snarled. That night he crept into Bill's room. Amanda was curled up with Bill. (She had cooled off a little bit, by this time) John shot them both in the head, point blank, splattering their brains all over the wall. © 2014 Stephanie MReviews
