Ouiji Board

This is based on a story that a friend of mine told me in junior high school.

        Katie and her friends decided to mess around with a ouiji board one night, during a sleep over. She decided to set

up the board in the basement, and wait until midnight, when the spirits were most active. They decided that they

would try to contact historical figures first, then people they know, that have died.

        Frannie attempted to contact the spirit of Abraham Lincoln, Jack attempted to contact Malcom X, (The leader of

the Black Panthers group), and Torri thought it would be funny to try to contact Hitler.

        Nothing happened at first. A few minutes later, they heard three knocks, followed by groans of anguish.

        Katie and her friends freaked out, and ran upstairs. They stayed up most of the night with the light on, trying not

to discuss what they just experienced.

        A week later, Katie's grandfather appeared to her, in the middle of the night. He looked quite irate in his spectral

form. Her grandfather's spirit hovered over her bed for a few moments, and a voice hissed, "You should just end it

already! Go ahead, and kill yourself." This went on for a couple more weeks, until Katie began to sleep with a bible in

her hand.

        Katie decided never to touch a ouji board again, after this experience. Evil spirits can pose as people you know,

and take advantage of you.
