Mountain of Turmoil

Mountain of Turmoil

A Poem by Stephanie M
"

This is a poem about the struggles we face every day.

"

Waves lapping at the shore

A wall of rock eroded to no more

We are never alone in our troubles

cause everyone has a past

Life is a never-ending cycle of

peaks and valleys

Before we realized what we've wasted

Life has passed us by too fast

A steep mountain's daily climb

of emotional turmoil we moan and

whine

Too tired to carry on, yet too

scared to die
