I Am

I got the idea for this poem from watching the "Fight Club."

I am the blank

stare upon the loon's face

I am a time without

a place

I am the imperceivable

wisdom that mortals

crave

I am the book whose

words have been erased

I am the darkness that

strikes fear into men's

hearts

I am but a tiny atom

hurtling through space

I am Renee's cluttered mind
