A Poem by Stephanie M
"

This is a poem about finding new hop through loss.

"

Life isn't giving me a trip

upon a comets tail

Life isn't giving me a choice

to succeed or fail

Here's why I stay: Too many

tales to tell

Here's what lights me up: A

moonlight stroll on a summer

night, a trip across the sea

Here's what darkens my heart:

A burger with one bite gone,

trash submerging from a pond,

no agreement can be reached

peacefully
