Depression takes over

Inside....I feel cold. I feel weak. I see clouds. It's a rainy. It's nasty. It's a good day to stay in. Looking out the window. I see nothing, but water. Rain water. In my mind......Depression is taking over. I want it to be sunny. But, it's not.

I have lived with it as long as I can remember - 18 years living in depression. It is a strange thing to wake up each day hoping it will be your last. But some day, some way, life will become worth living.
