Friendships?

there are people in this world 
who will wear a thousand masks to get past you;
they use it as a shield to protect themselves 
from their victims finding out the truth


the innocent know nothing of their scheme
i suppose they know how to plan well
but they feel no remorse for the sweet feelings
one has for them;
they are considered part of the significants
but does that stop them?
