Love

Love

A Poem by Grace Staubus
"

just something short

"
When I think of our love
I see the boundaries,
The margins between water and land
My thoughts flowing,
My body going, your hand
Holding me steady.

When I think of our love,
I see the downward spiral
Of a leaf in autumn –
The arching my back in desire for you
Or curling in despair
When you’re gone.

Excellent poem - short and sweet and well thought through x

Beautiful the way it is, like it was destined to be short and sweet. Nothing wrong with any of the lines, well scribed!

I absolutely love this poem, but there's just one line bothering me...
"The arching my back in desire for you"
Other than that, brava!!
