Accusations

Accusations

A Poem by Julie Murphy, Julie Desin & Julie Stoddard

You stole my innocence while you were yet a child

What right did you have to be so cruel?

In dark and dreamless nights, even now

Still I feel your little boy hands holding me

Crushing my body as you crushed my soul

You told lies to cover your tarnished deeds

Still I cannot be clean of the foulness

Cannot wash away the dark loamy soil

Where I laid, frightened but unable to move.

I wonder now are you as haunted by the memory

Inhabited by un-purged demons as I am

Do you weep silent tears in the darkness

For what you did in the light?

About
Life has been crazy for a very long time, but for now I have some time and will be trying to add more of my writing. I'll slowly be restoring them from my own back ups, though it may take some time. .. more..
