Chapter 12

Sarjane wasn’t having it. She vowed that Cristoff would be hers and Tristana would be history. They were the alpha soul mates. She decided to let Cristoff’s father know but she didn’t know the trouble she was causing.

“Mr. Rodriguez, you and I need to talk!” Sarjane said as she barged into Alberto’s office unannounced.

“Sarjane, what do you think you are doing?” Alberto asked his son’s ex-girlfriend.

“You need to realize that I am Cristoff’s soulmate, not that floozy he’s married to.”

“An alpha couple is not allowed to divorce.” Mr. Rodriguez told her.

“Even if one has had relations with someone else?” Sarjane tested him.

“What? Who is the one who cheated? Did Tristana cheat on Cristoff?”

“Probably. With that hunky doctor friend of hers. But more importantly, Cristoff and I slept together last night. And I intend to make him mine!”

The next thing Sarjane knew, she was being taken out of Alberto’s office and taken to a safe house far away from Cristoff.

Meanwhile, unaware of the damage Sarjane has done, Cristoff found his way to the cabin where Tristana and Justin were staying at.
