Chapter 7A Chapter by A Soap Mess StoriesWith Cristoff in pursuit of Justin, knowing he had his
wife.... Justin had taken some time off from work at the hospital to
tend to Tristana, whom he had managed to whisk away to a remote part of the
country in an isolated cabin. Justin looked in on his sleeping patient, who seemed calm
and at peace. After taking her vitals, he left to go make something to eat, but
before closing the door, he heard a small cry come from inside. "Don't go!" Tristana cried out in a whisper. "Hey, I was just going to make something for you to
eat." Justin replied. "I thought you might be a little hungry?" "Now that you mention it..."Tristana began but
trailed off. "Okay, I'll be right back." Justin said, before
rushing off to the kitchen to rummage up a meal for the two of them. While Justin was gone, Tristana reached for her phone that
Justin left on her bedside and viewed her messages. One was from Cristoff. "I'm going to find you, Tristana!" Cristoff wrote.
"You and Justin won't get away with this!" Tristana heard the door open and turned off her phone when
Justin set down their meal of soup and sandwiches on the bedside table that
Justin set up for Tristana. Tristana tried to enjoy the meal, but after viewing
Cristoff's message, she had lost her appetite. "Hey, I thought you were hungry?" Justin asked
when he noticed her sadness. "I was." Tristana began. "And then I looked
at my messages." "Oh? What's wrong?" "Just the one I saw from Cristoff. He said he would
find me and that you and I would regret what we did? “Tristana told him. "Don't worry. Cristoff won't find you." Justin
told her as he held her hand in his. "Nobody knows of this cabin. It's in
a remote part of the country." © 2024 A Soap Mess Stories |
