Chapter 2

Max had just got home from his week-long business trip and missed Marie. He dialed her cell and Marie didn't answer. Then he got a text-message from Marie. It told him that she missed him so much and wanted him to come over. Max, in an amorous mood, got back into his car and drove straight to Marie's apartment. He seriously needed some lovin' and hoped Marie was in the mood too.

Within 15 minutes, Max was outside Marie's apartment. He found it weird that Marie's lights weren't on since Marie was scared of the dark. She always had at least one light on. He walked up the stairs to the second floor and knocked on Marie's door. As he knocked, the door opened and Max went in. He called out Marie's name, but no one answered. He turned on Marie's lamp in the living room, and that's when he saw him.

He was standing in Marie's living room holding a knife. Max tried to leave, but the stranger managed to close the front door before Max could get out. Max was trapped inside Marie's apartment with some psychotic stalker. The stranger told Max to strip naked and sit on the sofa. Max told the stranger to go stuff it. This made the stranger angry and lurched forward to grab Max. He flung him on the ground and tore his clothes off Max. Max pleaded with the man, but the man seemed to have no mercy with Max. He looked at him and began stabbing him several times in the chest.

Then the stranger cooly walked out of the apartment...leaving the body lying on the floor.
