Chapter 1 - The Prank

Aeryn Stormes was tired of being bullied by the cruelest bully in his class. Chris Jacobs had been picking on him since they were in kindergarten together. Their story goes back to when their fathers' were rivals in school together. They competed against everything, especialy for the love of the most popular girl in high school, Khrystal Winters. Henry Jacobs and MIcheal Stormes both vied for the affections of Khrystal. In the end, Henry won the heart of Khrystal, and MIchael never got over Khrystal choosing Henry over him. Michael got even by marrying Henry's sister, Cheryl, but he didn't love her the way he loved Khrystal, he even resented Aeryn because Cheryl was Aeryn's mother, and Michael and Aeryn's relationship was strained because of it. Now, the rivalry has come full circle between Chris and Aeryn. Aeryn has even recruited the help of his friends, Kelly Michaels, Travis Hardy, and Colin McBride in his vendetta against Chris. They have all agreed to meet at Aeryn's secret spot to plan the prank against Chris.

Aeryn pounds his judges' gavel, calling the meeting to order. "Thank you, Kelly and Travis, for your support in this grave matter with Chris Jacobs."

"We're happy to help any way we can." Colin said, with Kelly and Travis nodding in agreement.

"I have a plan to trick Chris into spending the night at the O'Leary Mansion this Halloween Night." Aeryn announced.

"That's a great idea. I heard Chris is afraid to go into the mansion.

Something about his mother, being murdered there?" Kelly exclaimed.

"Yeah, I'd heard something like that? That gives me another idea."

"Like what, Aeryn?" Colin asked.

"We should make it appear that his mother is appearing before him, like asking some request from Chris."

"Excellent idea, Aeryn."

"I'll research the story and find out what happened since my father was his rival. Who wants to set an apparition to look like Chris' mother?"

"I will, I'm great with design." Travis said.

"Great, Travis." Aeryn told him.

"I can help him." Colin added.

"Awesome, Colin."

"And I'll help with the research, Aeryn." Kelly replied.

"Great, guys. Thanks for all your support. Now, let's all go do the work we specified. Let's meet back here in a week with our findings."

"Okay." Colin, Travis, and Kelly said in agreement.

"I call this meeting adjourned." Aeryn said, as he banged the gavel down on the table.

The four boys all gave each other hugs before going their separate ways. Each had to get back home before their parents knew something was up and came looking for them.

Aeryn walked home glad someone was helping him. Chris Jacobs would be sorry when this prank came down. He hoped Chris would learn not to bully him anymore. But Aeryn wouldn't expect the surprise that was waiting for him at the O'Leary Mansion on Halloween Night.
