When Shannon Dalonzo visited Los Angeles recently she naturally sparked a lot of interest; her beauty is the type that simply inspires a great deal of head turning. Even though she rarely comes to the states, when she does it’s a noticeable occasion. Several agents approached her, one at the coffee house, two at the supermarket and another one at a movie premiere. She took their business cards and gave them to her agents in Montreal (yes, that’s in Canada) and they negotiated with the best agency to represent her in the land beneath the Great White North.

Shannon could get used to Southern California (who couldn’t?) but she still has to travel when duty calls. One of her first modeling jobs was in Greece, so that sort of set the tone for the rest of her career. She has also walked the runway at the famous Montreal Fashion Week, and that set another type of tone for this beautiful Canadian woman who is fluent in both English and French. She has worked with many great photographers so far, such as Shamayim, Mark Luebbers, Ella Sophie and Bobby Dale, to name a few. She has also worked with some terrific designers too, including, Pedram Karimi from Montreal and Hallie Sara of New York. 

Wearing their fashions Shannon Is tempted to run away with them but at the end of the day she always turns the amazing pieces of clothing back wear they belong. The runway is now one of her favorite things to do.Walking down that long rectangular shaped floor that runs through the middle of a very picky audience that knows what they like and what they don’t like in fashion, is be very intimidating to some models, but not to Shannon. She thrives on the adrenaline it produces. Sure, it was a bit nerve wracking to her at first, but she over came her fear and replaced it with an extreme athlete’s desire to conquer danger and now she can’t wait to saunter down that runway in some of the most desirable and never before-seen fashion designs on the planet. Shannon has always kept in shape because of her competitive cheerleading background along with having studied dance when she was younger. Shannon credits her confidence with the good genes her parents gave her and the closeness with her family.
