Photographer Mathilde BressonA Story by starpowerPhotographer Mathilde Bresson, capturing those special moments on filmArtists and photographers are often looked up
to, to set trends and styles. Many of us may be thinking how can a photographer
set trends and styles? Simply by capturing the scenes instead of playing a part
in it or constructing it with the brush. Mathilde
Bresson always loved taking pictures, but it was
during christmas time in 2010 where she was offered her first DSLR. She wanted
to understand how it worked. There she developed a passion for
photography. She was always interested in fashion photography, and started
training, by practicing on her girlfriends. Then, Mathilde became more serious with
her passion when she really learned the techniques of internal settings. There,
her professional life started to soar ahead. Many photographers are multi skilled in their
art. Mathilde Bresson is self taught. She
also learned from books and videos online and by observing the work of
others. However, she did two courses, one for internal and technical
adjustments, and a studio for pictures and retouching .She is known in the
photography world, to be an artist of various forms and various styles. As a photographer and artist it
is within her nature to collect and capture everything to make positive changes
as much as possible. Artists have been
molded with each stroke of the brush or the cut of the sculptor's tool to
become the unfinished product we now experience as self. Mathilde’s dream photography project to shoot would be in all the most
amazing places throughout the US for fashion brands or magazines -mixed with
her French touch, of course. Photos live for a long time to the
spectators. Photos in your hand are much different than the multi mega pixels
on the screen. The touch of a card gives you a much closer bond than the screen
view. Mathilde Bresson advises the
young and emerging artists especially photographers,
“Do not be discouraged, believe in your dreams, and learn by one. Many observe
the work of others, ask for constructive criticism, and always question you”.
