Billy Swayze has emerged onto the music scene from Nashville, TN with the looks and talent, equal to any of his musical peers. He is master in soul, R&B, trip-hop and psychedelic with a touch of ambient. Billy is now an emerging star in the music industry. He came from quite a talented family. He is the cousin of late legendary actor Patrick Swayze and successful musician and director Roderick Falconer. Billy rose in the south and his music is a soul touching aural pop and rock combination.

Billy has recently branched out into the LA, music scene. He has collaborations from music giants and great names. A lot of the time, singers from Nashville are typically country singers, but Billy wanted to make his name with versatility and he wanted to experiment with different ideas and production. This is the main reason behind his arrival in LA. All time classic and veteran in the music industry, Jeff Robert was inspired by Billy’s work and didn't hesitate to take on production of his new record along with Murv Douglas of Lords of Acid and Powerman 5000. They revised the songs for Billy which attracted him to arrive in LA, with his guitarist Murf Adams and a team of A list musicians. Within 2 hours of his arrival in LA, they began work on this groundbreaking record.

Since the age of 14, Billy has been part of different musical groups in Kentucky and Tennessee and started his own band in 2011. Music is what he loves and he never wanted anything else other than music, as it’s his true purpose in his life. He won the coveted spot in the year 2012 at the Music City Mayhem Showcase in Nashville.

His performances are dynamic from intimate Otis-inspired gospel harmonies to alt-pop acoustic song craft. Love for music is planted deep inside Billy’s mind and has been writing and recording music since the age of 14. He is following the path of his family tradition and making his name among the superstars. Having the roots of entertainment in his mind, he lives through his music, not to mention his father is former professional wrestler Bruce Swayze.

Billy’s EP will be released this January. On his album, he performs some of his favorites like, “I Got a Hold” which is a remix/electro version of the old song. West coast producers polished Billy’s work and gave him a whole new atmosphere of working that he never experienced before. Jeff Robert of CSG Music is making plans to release “I got a hold” electro/remix to indie stations and “No Sweeter Place” to top 40, pop and R&B stations. A college/night club tour is also in the works for the first quarter of the year.
